Step by Step

  1. With and assistance of activity coordinator to ensure a visit to the nutritionist.
  2. The meeting is held before the lunch - group meets in dining room.
  3. Make a general presentation on environmental issues.
  4. Make a general presentation on economic impact of food waste.
  5. Start a discussion between seniors and kids - what are the right eating habits, how to eliminate food waste, what can be improved.
  6. Take a break for lunch.
  7. After lunch, collect the plates and demonstrate what is left.
  8. In group seniors and kids point out their recommendation of better eating habits. Eat slowly, not to be picky, clear the place, when the food is finished etc.
  9. Following is a summary and a farewell to the group.
