Step by Step

  1. Children and seniors in retirement homes should be selected carefully (it is possible to integrate mentally handicaped persons), do not take more than 10-12 persons, which means 5-6 pairs
  2. If it is possible children and seniors in retirement homes should take part continously
  3. Make a time table and define the subjects
  4. Make a schedule for each meeting (e.g. song to say hello together, subjekt, activity, time to talk to each other, movement, several songs, how to say goodby)
  5. Organize a room and a seating arrangement and what you need.
  6. Please organize a second person, who will support you
  7. Give a short overview in the beginning of each session.
