Step by Step

  1. Seniors and kids meet and forms a circle from the chairs.
  2. Place the full backpack in the centre.
  3. One after the other, each kid will take one item and say what it may be and ask seniors for further explanation.
  4. This approach encourages a conversation between seniors and kids.
  5. If relevant, seniors can also take items and explain or ask about the item.
  6. At the end it is appropriate to summarize what we have learned.
