Step by Step

  1. Seniors and children warm up together according to the level of their physical condition.
  2. Golden gate - pair of participants form a gate facing each other. Against each other standing participants join hands (may use the scarf) and create a gate. Rest of participants are walking one by one through the gate while listening the music and once the music stops, standing participants using jointed hands capture passing participants. Caught participant than switch the place and is doing the gate.
  3. Scarf dance - participants form pairs or groups up to four and place a scarf in the middle with each of them holding one corner. The idea is to try to make the scarf “dance” to the rhythm of the music without actually dropping it.
