Namen aktivnosti je skupna izkušnja in odkrivanje novega. V bližnjem parku ali gozdu lahko na enostaven način iz naravnih materialov izdelate čutno pot, po kateri nato hodite bosi. Po vrsti polagajte npr. pesek, storže, kamenčke, travo ipd. Med igro pa lahko udeleženci verbalizirajo občutek hoje po različnih materialih. Opisujejo lahko podobne izkušnje, kot npr. pesek na plaži, trava na domačem vrtu ipd.

Step by Step
- Pot lahko po zunanjem robu zagradite z letvicami in tako ustvarite nizko pregrado, znotraj poti pa nato položite različne materiale. Pot lahko zgradite tudi brez letvic in jo prilagodite razpoložljivemu terenu in materialom. Za udobrno in uravnovešeno hojo je priporočljivo, da je pot široka od 0,7 do 1 m, vsak del poti z različnim materialom pa naj bo dolg med 1,5 in 4 m.
- Udeleženci se najprej sezujejo in se razporedijo v pare (otrok in starejši udeleženec). Širina poti bo primerna, da se po njej lahko sprehodita oba.
- Če je priprava čutne poti prezahtevna, poiščite že pripravljene podobne poti ali pa v bližnjem gozdu oz. drugje v naravi na tleh poiščite različne materiale in se bosi sprehodite po le-teh.
- Pred tem se prepričajte, da je podlaga varna, tako da ne pride do poškodb.
