Step by Step

  1. Udeležence razporedite v dve skupini. Prva skupina bo ustvarjala glasbo, druga pa bo plesala oz. se gibala na igrano glasbo. Skupine so lahko generacijsko mešane (starejši in otroci skupaj). Na voljo naj bo dovolj prostora za prosto gibanje.
  2. Udeležencem prve skupine dajte pisane trakce ali rutice. Pri tem jim dovolite nekaj časa, da se na rekvizite privadijo in se z njimi prosto igrajo.
  3. Pokažite jim, kako lahko trakce in rutice vrtijo in z njimi mahajo nad glavo ali ob telesu.
  4. Medtem udeležencem druge skupine razdelite ritmične inštrumente.
  5. Odgovorite na vprašanja glede inštrumentov in demosntrirajte, kako jih lahko igrajo (uporabljate lahko palčke, triangle, cimbale, bobenčke, tamburine, ropotuljice, doma narejene inštrumente ali kakšne druge ritmične predmete).
  6. Drugi skupini sporočite, da bodo zaigrali pesem, na katero bo prva skupina zaplesala.
  7. Po nekaj minutnem igranju in plesanju naj skupini zamenjata vlogo, tako da prva skupina igra in druga pleše.
  8. Različice igre: skupini igrata in plešeta na različne občutke in čustva, ki jih napove mentor: "Lahko zaigrate in zaplešete na pesem, pri kateri pokažete, da se počutite smešno/ jezno/osamljeno/ veselo/prestrašeno/ radostno … ?"
