Step by Step

  1. Otroci in starejši se izmenično postavijo v krog okoli padala, ki je razgrnjeno po tleh. Nato vsak prime svoj rob padala oz ročaj, če jih padalo ima. Padalo lahko uporabljate tudi v sedečem položaju (če imate udeležence z omejeno mobilnostjo oz. če sedijo na invalidskem vozičku).
  2. Vsak naj padalo povleče k sebi in ga nato spusti do višine kolen oz. kolikor nizko gre.
  3. Na znak vsi hkrati padalo dvignejo v zrak, tako da roke iztegnejo nad glavo in ga pri tem čvrsto držijo. Padalo se bo napolnilo z zrakom, tako da bo nastala velikanska gobica, ki se bo le počasi začela spuščati proti tlom.
  4. Različica igre - KOKICE: na padalo položite več majhnih vrečk, napolnjenih s fižolčki ali podobnim sipkim materialom. Udeleženci naj nato padalo stresajo gor in dol, da bodo vrečke poskakovale kot kokice.
  5. VRTENJE ŽOGE: udeleženci naj držijo padalo napeto, nato pa nanj položite majhno žogo, ki jo naj udeleženci s skupnimi gibi po površini padala kotalijo v luknjo na sredini padala. Lahko pa žogo vrtite v krogu, tako da ne sme pristati v luknji na sredini.
  6. VALOVI: Otroci in odrasli lahko z majhnimi, srednjimi ali večjimi gibi na površini padala ustvarjajo "valove". Pri tem lahko vključite še kakšno zgodbo o ladjah, morju, vremenu ipd., lahko pa tudi z glasnimi navodili usmerjate gibanje in valove.
  7. ŽOGA NA ZUNANJEM ROBU: V tem primeru se mora žoga gibati le po zunanjem robu padala. Takšno gibanje ohranjate tako, da padalo nekoliko spustite, ko žoga pride do vas, nato pa ga spet narahlo dvignite, da žogo poženete naprej do naslednjega udeleženca.
