Step by Step

  1. Starejši in otroci se ogrejejo skupaj, pri tem pa upoštevajte njihove zmožnosti in telesno pripravljenost.
  2. Zlata vrata - dva udeleženca se postavita eden proti drugemu, se primeta za roki in z dvignjenimi rokami naredita “vrata".
  3. Pri tem lahko držita tudi rutico. Ostali udeleženci eden za drugim v vrsti korakajo skozi vrata, pri tem pa naj igra glasba.
  4. Ko se glasba ustavi, se vrata zapro (udeleženca spustita roki) in ujameta tistega, ki je ravno hotel mimo.
  5. Ujetnik se nato zamenja z enim udeležencem, ki igra vrata, igra pa se lahko nadaljuje.
  6. Ples z ruticami - udeleženci se razporedijo v pare ali v skupine po največ štiri udeležence.
  7. Rutico položite na sredino skupine/para, vsak udeleenec pa naj drži po en rob. Nato vklopite glasbo, udeleženci pa naj poskušajo v ritmu glasbe poplesavati z rutico, brez da le-ta pade na tla.
