Step by Step

  1. Pred aktivnostjo je potrebno pohod načrtovati in preveriti teren. Površina poti naj bo varna in ravna. Pomembno je tudi to, da se mentor predhodno seznani s gibalnimi in zdravstvenimi ovirami starejših udeležencev.
  2. Ko je skupina zbrana, udeležence razporedite v pare (po en starejši in en otrok). Starejša oseba prejme seznam s predmeti, ki jih naj poskušata skupaj z otrokom na sprehodu poiskati. Označene predmete lahko zbirata v vreči oz. manjšem zaboju ali pa jih označujeta na seznamu. Sezname si lahko izdelate tudi sami, glede na razpoložljive materiale v določenem okollju. Med sprehodom naj bo skupina karseda skupaj, da se nihče ne izgubi. Po potrebi naj skupino spremljata dva ali več mentorjev, da boste aktivnost lahko izpeljali po načrtu.
  3. Ko se z udeleženci vrnete s sprehoda, lahko z nabranimi naravnimi materiali tudi kaj izdelate (mandale, skulpture, gozdno razstavo) in se skupaj pogovorite o najdenih materialih ter jih med seboj tudi primerjate.
