Step by Step

  1. Starejši in otroci se srečajo ob bazenu in se preoblečejo v kopalke.
  2. Dejavnost naj poteka na območju bazena za neplavalce. Otroci naj nosijo plavalne jopiče.
  3. Mentor najprej predstavi aktivnosti.
  4. Skupina začne s fazo ogrevanja in vajami raztezanja - 15 minut.
  5. Skupino razdelite v dve nogometni moštvi.
  6. Namestite vodne nogometne gole.
  7. Vsaka ekipa izbere vratarja.
  8. Cilj igre je spraviti žogo v nasprotnikov gol.
  9. Skupina se premika v območju, ki je posebej označeno za igro.
  10. Maksimalni čas za igro je 30 minut.
  11. Mentor skrbi za varnost in zdravje udeležencev; pozoren naj bo na podhladitev in morebitne težave s srcem ipd.
  12. Aktivnost zaključite z vajami za sprostitev.
