Step by Step

  1. Seniors and kids meet at the swimming pool and change to swimming suits.
  2. Group meet at the non swimmers pool area, kids are putting on aqua jogging belts.
  3. The coordinator introduces the activity.
  4. Group start with warming up phase, exercising and stretching - 15 minutes.
  5. Group split in two football teams.
  6. Football goals are placed on both sides.
  7. Each team choose a goalie.
  8. The aim is to throw the ball in the team’s football net.
  9. Group is moving with the designated area.
  10. The maximum time for playing water ball is 30 minutes.
  11. The coordinator should pay attention to any heart problems (e.g.freezing)
  12. The activity is completed with some relaxation exercises.
