Step by Step

  1. Physically fit seniors and children from 4 years meet in a spacious room.
  2. Greetings and introduction is following.
  3. Chiffon cloths are distributed within the children.
  4. In order to form pairs, each kid choose a senior.
  5. Let's the music play.
  6. Pairs are dancing, using the chiffon cloths.
  7. Group dance in a circle - senior, chiffon clothe, kid, chiffon cloth etc.
  8. Other variation - seniors show movements and kids imitate them (f.e. step in the circle)
  9. Final music/dance.
